Effective Date: February 2026
At Ravi Web (raviweb.in), I aim to provide affordable, high-quality WordPress websites for small businesses. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
—
1. Project Payments
* A 50% advance payment is required to start any website design project.
* The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and approval, before the website goes live.
* All payments must be made via agreed methods (bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods).
—
2. Refunds
* The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable, as work starts immediately after project confirmation.
* The remaining payment may be refunded only in exceptional cases, such as failure to deliver the agreed website within the promised timeline, and after discussion.
* Refunds will not be provided for changes in client requirements or if the client decides to discontinue the project midway.
—
3. Maintenance Services
* Monthly maintenance fees are billed in advance.
* Maintenance can be canceled at any time with a 30-day notice.
* No refunds are provided for partial months already billed.
* Additional work outside the agreed maintenance scope may be billed separately.
—
4. Cancellation
* Clients may request to cancel a project at any time.
* Any work already completed will be billed proportionally, and advance payment will be non-refundable.
* Once the final payment is made and the website is delivered, cancellation is not possible.
