2. Quotes and Pricing
* Starter Website: $149
* Business Website: $399
* Maintenance: $59–$99 per month depending on website complexity
All pricing is indicative. A final quote will be provided after reviewing project requirements.

3. Payment Terms
* 50% advance is required to start the project
* Remaining 50% due upon website approval and before going live
* Maintenance services are billed monthly in advance
* Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other agreed methods

4. Client Responsibilities
To complete the project efficiently, the client must provide:
* Required content (text, images, logos)
* Business and branding details
* Timely feedback on drafts and revisions
Delays from the client may extend the project timeline.

5. Revisions
* Starter Website Package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions
* Business Website Package includes up to 3 rounds of revisions
* Additional revisions may incur extra charges

6. Intellectual Property
* You retain ownership of content provided to me
* The website design and code remain the property of Ravi Web until full payment is received
* After payment, ownership of the website is transferred to the client

7. Maintenance Services
* Maintenance includes updates, backups, security checks, and minor content edits
* Maintenance fees are recurring monthly and can be canceled with 30 days’ notice
* Major redesigns or additional features may be billed separately

8. Liability Limitations
* Ravi Web is not responsible for loss of revenue, profits, or business interruptions
* While I provide SEO-friendly structure, I do not guarantee Google ranking
* I am not liable for issues arising from third-party plugins or hosting

9. Termination
* Either party may terminate services with written notice
* Partial payments for work already completed are non-refundable

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved under Indian jurisdiction.
